Meet the Leadership Team

Rome First UMC moved to a simplified structure to release people into ministry. The Leadership Team serves as the governing and policy-making body of the church and is responsible for staff-parish relations, financial holdings of the church, and maintaining major church assets. The team is composed of nine members of the congregation that serve on a three-year rotating basis.
